Searching for variations on a phrase

Aim: to search for variations on the phrase mad as a...

  1. Open the Full Text search panel by clicking [Show Simple Search form].

  2. Type mad as a into the input box.

  3. Make sure full text is selected from the search area list box.

  4. Click [Perform Full Text search] to start the search.

  5. The results list is displayed.

  6. The list contains several phrases including mad as a hatter, mad as a March hare, mad as a mad dog, and mad as a wet hen. Use the links to move to any entry you want to see.
